To get more people in the Bronx moving more often, New York Road Runners (NYRR) is hosting a free “Shakeout at St. Mary’s” event at its St. Mary’s NYRR Open Run site ahead of the New Balance Bronx 10M, the nonprofit’s premier event in the borough.
